Summary

Commission on the social status of black males. Changes the name of a member appointed to the commission on the social status of black males from superintendent of public instruction to secretary of education to recognize that after January 10, 2021, the position of chief executive officer of the department of education is transferred by law to the secretary of education appointed by the governor.
