Summary

Veteran property tax matters. Provides a property tax exemption for: (1) a surviving spouse of an individual killed while serving in the armed forces of the United States; or (2) an individual who served in the armed forces and has been rated by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs as individually unemployable. Removes, beginning with the January 1, 2022, assessment date, the property value limitation on the property tax exemption for disabled veterans.
