Summary

Scratch off tickets benefiting veterans. Requires the state lottery commission to establish a scratch off game pilot program (pilot program) to benefit Indiana veterans. Requires that tickets sold under the pilot program be available to the public to honor Veterans Day in 2017 and Memorial Day in 2018. Deposits profits from sales of tickets into the military family relief fund. Provides that the pilot program expires December 31, 2018.
