Summary

Makes certain revisions to organize and correct statutes affected by SEA 537-2013, as directed by SEA 537-2013, SECTION 85. Specifies that license fee revenue under the vehicle salvaging law is to be retained by the secretary of state and is not deposited in the motor vehicle highway account. Specifies that a licensing fee that is submitted with an application under the licensing of vehicle salvaging law is nonrefundable. (The introduced version of this bill was prepared by the code revision commission.)
