Summary

Removes a requirement that a voter declare a political party affiliation before voting in a primary election. Requires that a voter privately be able to select the ballot of the party that voter intends to vote in a primary election. Requires that the Indiana election commission approve standards and procedures for voting methods to assure that a voter may select privately the ballot of the political party that the voter intends to vote in a primary election. Repeals provisions concerning voter challenges because of political party affiliation and the handling of party identification cards used with electronic voting systems.
