Garnishment of wages. Provides that a creditor may, by written consent or court order, access wage report information from the department of workforce development for the purpose of obtaining a garnishment order. Requires a court that has issued a garnishment order to a third party to cancel the garnishment order and issue a new garnishment order without a hearing if certain circumstances have changed.
