Summary

Specifies that an ordinance adopted in a city or a town allowing an individual to operate a golf cart must require that the operator either: (1) hold a driver's license; or (2) receive disability assistance payments under the federal Supplemental Security Income program or the federal Social Security Disability Insurance program and be at least 16 years of age. (Current law requires only that the ordinance require the operator to hold a driver's license.)
