Bill Title: Amends the School Code. Requires the school board to notify the parent or guardian of each student enrolled in the school district if a school employee is under investigation by school authorities or by law enforcement for specified offenses. Provides that the school board must notify the parent or guardian within 5 days after receiving notice of the investigation concerning the school employee.
