Bill Title: Amends the Juvenile Court Act of 1987. Provides that if a petition has been filed under the Abused, Neglected, or Dependent Minors Article of the Act alleging that the minor has been subjected to the abuse of a custodial parent or guardian, the petition may be granted for relief, including change of custody, if the court finds that there is probable cause based on the facts asserted that the minor is the victim of ongoing abuse of a custodial parent or guardian or has a history of abuse or a significant incident of abuse by a custodial parent, guardian, or other household member.
