Bill Title: Amends the Chicago School District Article of the School Code. Provides that within one month of the beginning of each school year, the school board must distribute to the parents or guardians of all students enrolled in a school information regarding any member of school personnel employed at the school within the past 5 years who has been found to have sexually abused or sexually assaulted a student enrolled in the school. Effective immediately.
