Bill Title: Amends the Chicago School District Article of the School Code. Provides that, within one month of the beginning of the 2018-2019 school year, the school board shall develop a one-page summation of the reported cases of sexual abuse or sexual assault in the school district in the preceding 10 years and must distribute the summation to the parent or guardian of every student enrolled in the school district. Requires the State Board to approve the content of the summation before distribution by the school board. Effective immediately.
