| ||||||
| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Arturo Silva Jr. of Mapleton, who passed | ||||||
| 4 | away on November 16, 2016; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Arturo Silva Jr. was born in Peoria to Arturo Sr. | ||||||
| 6 | and Maria Anaya Silva on July 3, 1978; he graduated from Illini | ||||||
| 7 | Bluffs High School in Glasford in 1997; and
| ||||||
| 8 | WHEREAS, Arturo Silva Jr. worked for the KRESS Corporation | ||||||
| 9 | in Brimfield as a welder; later he worked for Thillens-ATM | ||||||
| 10 | Services; for the last three months, he worked for Ameren as an | ||||||
| 11 | apprentice gas utility man; and
| ||||||
| 12 | WHEREAS, Arturo Silva Jr. enjoyed fishing, hunting, and | ||||||
| 13 | being with family and friends; and
| ||||||
| 14 | WHEREAS, Arturo Silva Jr. is survived by his parents; his | ||||||
| 15 | brother, Danny Silva; and many other family members; therefore, | ||||||
| 16 | be it

| 17 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 18 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
| 19 | Arturo Silva Jr., and extend our sincere condolences to his | ||||||
| 20 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | ||||||
