| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Thomas O. "Tom" Falb, who passed away on | ||||||
| 4 | October 25, 2018; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Tom Falb was born in Chicago; and
| ||||||
| 6 | WHEREAS, Tom Falb worked as a lawyer in the Alton and St. | ||||||
| 7 | Louis areas; he was Assistant State's Attorney in Madison | ||||||
| 8 | County and had a 40-year career as a trial attorney with the | ||||||
| 9 | law firms Reed, Armstrong and Gorman and Williamson, Webster, | ||||||
| 10 | Falb & Glisson; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, Tom Falb was known for a variety of talents; he | ||||||
| 12 | was lead guitarist for his band, The Infidels; he was a pilot, | ||||||
| 13 | sailor, hunter, and snorkeler; he was often the life of the | ||||||
| 14 | party and was most known for the love he had for his wife and | ||||||
| 15 | children; and
| ||||||
| 16 | WHEREAS, Tom Falb was a loving husband to his wife, Sandy | ||||||
| 17 | Falb; a caring and supportive father to his children, Jorie, | ||||||
| 18 | Danielle, and Derek; and brother to John, Monty, and Becky; | ||||||
| 19 | therefore, be it

| 20 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL | ||||||

| 1 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
| 2 | Thomas O. "Tom" Falb and extend our sincere condolences to his | ||||||
| 3 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | ||||||
| 4 | further
| ||||||
| 5 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
| 6 | presented to the family of Tom Falb as an expression of our | ||||||
