SENATE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Victoria M. "Vicki" Culliton, who passed
4away on October 19, 2018; and
5 WHEREAS, Vicki Culliton was born in Waukegan to Thomas and
6Marie "Lana" (Watson) Salata on March 27, 1961; she married
7James A. Culliton in 1985 and they resided in Gurnee before
8moving to Wadsworth; and
9 WHEREAS, Vicki Culliton was a generous person who had a
10kind heart; she was always willing to help out her family or a
11friend and had opened her home to many over the years; she had
12a good sense of humor and enjoyed a good laugh, but above all,
13she always wanted to ensure that her sons, her family, and her
14friends were taken care of; and
15 WHEREAS, Vicki Culliton was preceded in death by her
16parents and her husband, James; and
17 WHEREAS, Vicki Culliton is survived by her sons, James T.
18and Jeffery M. Culliton; her siblings, Dale, Peter (Jeannine),
19Michael (Jeanne), and Kathleen (Myles Sobczak) Salata; her
20special friend and "cuzzin wuzzin", Maureen Morrissey; her
21aunts, Mary Alice Morrissey and Kay Watson; and numerous

1nieces, nephews, and cousins; therefore, be it
2 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL
3ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
4Victoria M. "Vicki" Culliton and extend our sincere condolences
5to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be
6it further
7 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
8presented to the family of Vicki Culliton as an expression of
9our deepest sympathy.
