SENATE RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
learn of the death of Robert "Bob" Hellgeth; and
WHEREAS, Robert Hellgeth was a longtime employee of the
Social Security Administration and the Illinois Department of
Security; and
WHEREAS, Robert Hellgeth was a longstanding and
distinguished member of the Lions Club International and the
International Association of Workforce Professionals; and
WHEREAS, Robert Hellgeth was known as a gentle, humble, and
thoughtful man with an exceptional generosity of spirit who put
the needs of others above his own; and
WHEREAS, Robert Hellgeth was the son of the late Andrew and
the late Josephine; the devoted brother of the late Richard,
the late Andrew, and the late Barbara; the fond uncle of Nancy;
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL
ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
Robert "Bob" Hellgeth and extend our sincere condolences to his
family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it

presented to the family of Robert Hellgeth as an expression of
our deepest sympathy.
