2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Joseph Nicholas "Joe" Kraemer of Crystal | ||||||
4 | Lake, who passed away on July 11, 2018; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Joe Kraemer was born in Chicago to Joseph and | ||||||
6 | Agnes (Stutzke) on March 20, 1925; he proudly served in the | ||||||
7 | United States Navy on the USS Independence and the USS Monterey | ||||||
8 | during World War II; and
| ||||||
9 | WHEREAS, Joe Kraemer was a creative and accomplished | ||||||
10 | handyman; and
| ||||||
11 | WHEREAS, Joe Kraemer was a member and former president of | ||||||
12 | the Chief Engineers Association; he enjoyed bowling, golf, and | ||||||
13 | German Shepherds; he was a devoted husband and loving father; | ||||||
14 | and
| ||||||
15 | WHEREAS, Joe Kraemer was preceded in death by his parents; | ||||||
16 | his wife, Lynne (Carlson) Kraemer; and his daughter, Darlene | ||||||
17 | Kraemer; and
| ||||||
18 | WHEREAS, Joe Kraemer is survived by his daughter, Diane | ||||||
19 | (Jim) Woodhall; therefore, be it

2 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
3 | Joseph Nicholas "Joe" Kraemer and extend our sincere | ||||||
4 | condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved | ||||||
5 | him; and be it further
