| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Joseph Nicholas "Joe" Kraemer of Crystal | ||||||
| 4 | Lake, who passed away on July 11, 2018; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Joe Kraemer was born in Chicago to Joseph and | ||||||
| 6 | Agnes (Stutzke) on March 20, 1925; he proudly served in the | ||||||
| 7 | United States Navy on the USS Independence and the USS Monterey | ||||||
| 8 | during World War II; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Joe Kraemer was a creative and accomplished | ||||||
| 10 | handyman; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, Joe Kraemer was a member and former president of | ||||||
| 12 | the Chief Engineers Association; he enjoyed bowling, golf, and | ||||||
| 13 | German Shepherds; he was a devoted husband and loving father; | ||||||
| 14 | and
| ||||||
| 15 | WHEREAS, Joe Kraemer was preceded in death by his parents; | ||||||
| 16 | his wife, Lynne (Carlson) Kraemer; and his daughter, Darlene | ||||||
| 17 | Kraemer; and
| ||||||
| 18 | WHEREAS, Joe Kraemer is survived by his daughter, Diane | ||||||
| 19 | (Jim) Woodhall; therefore, be it

| 1 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 2 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
| 3 | Joseph Nicholas "Joe" Kraemer and extend our sincere | ||||||
| 4 | condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved | ||||||
| 5 | him; and be it further
| ||||||
| 6 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
| 7 | presented to the family of Joe Kraemer as an expression of our | ||||||
| 8 | deepest sympathy.
