| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Duane M. Kovacek of Gurnee, who passed | ||||||
| 4 | away on April 22, 2018; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Duane Kovacek was born to
Albert and Katherine | ||||||
| 6 | Kovacek on October 31, 1948; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, Duane Kovacek taught at North Chicago Community | ||||||
| 8 | High School for 35 years; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Duane Kovacek was preceded in death by his parents | ||||||
| 10 | and
his first wife, Kathy Kovacek; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, Duane Kovacek is
survived by his wife, Diane | ||||||
| 12 | Kovacek and his daughter, Kristin Kovacek; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 13 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 14 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
| 15 | Duane M. Kovacek, and extend our sincere condolences to his | ||||||
| 16 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | ||||||
| 17 | further

| 18 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
