2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Darin Douglas Rowe of Peoria, who passed | ||||||
4 | away on January 30, 2018; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Darin Rowe was born in Champaign to Douglas Glen | ||||||
6 | and Michelle Diane (Kaiser) Rowe on March 23, 1988; he | ||||||
7 | graduated from Glenwood High School in Chatham, where he played | ||||||
8 | hockey and football; and
| ||||||
9 | WHEREAS, Darin Rowe was employed at Hoerr Landscape in | ||||||
10 | Peoria; and
| ||||||
11 | WHEREAS, Darin Rowe volunteered at his neighborhood food | ||||||
12 | pantry; he enjoyed spending time outdoors, hiking, | ||||||
13 | landscaping, and listening to music; he had a big heart and was | ||||||
14 | a loving father to his son; and
| ||||||
15 | WHEREAS, Darin Rowe was preceded in death by his | ||||||
16 | grandfather, William C. Kaiser; his grandmother, Norma Rowe; | ||||||
17 | and his brother, Blake Rowe; and
| ||||||
18 | WHEREAS, Darin Rowe is survived by his parents; his sister, | ||||||
19 | Mindi Rowe; his son, Indigo Rowe; his grandmother, Rosemary | ||||||
20 | Kaiser; his grandfather, Glen (Judy) Rose; and his large |

1 | extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins; therefore, be it

2 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL | ||||||
3 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
4 | Darin Douglas Rowe and extend our sincere condolences to his | ||||||
5 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | ||||||
