| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Theodore Ross Diaz, formerly of Alton and | ||||||
| 4 | the Alton area, who passed away on October 10, 2010; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, He was born on March 2, 1953, in Alton, to | ||||||
| 6 | Theodore Emilio Diaz and Delorice Armbruster Diaz; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, He graduated from Southern Illinois University | ||||||
| 8 | and from the Northern Illinois University College of Law; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Before moving to California, he was a practicing | ||||||
| 10 | attorney in the Alton area for the past 28 years, as well as a | ||||||
| 11 | nature photographer; and
| ||||||
| 12 | WHEREAS, Theodore Diaz is survived by his children, | ||||||
| 13 | Nathaniel T. Diaz, Jonathan D. Diaz, and Anna Diaz Linenfelser | ||||||
| 14 | and her husband, Charles; his siblings and their spouses, Linda | ||||||
| 15 | A. and Michael J. Diaz, Susan D. and William M. Saunders, and | ||||||
| 16 | Sharon E. Diaz; his grandson, Charles A. L. Linenfelser; and | ||||||
| 17 | his nieces and nephews; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 18 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 19 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with | ||||||
| 20 | his family and friends, the passing of Theodore Diaz; and be it | ||||||
