| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened | ||||||
| 3 | to learn of the death of David Sharp of Rock Island, who passed | ||||||
| 4 | away on April 4, 2022; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, David Sharp was born to Don and Dorothy (Andrews) | ||||||
| 6 | Sharp on December 11, 1960; he graduated from Rock Island High | ||||||
| 7 | School in 1978; and
| ||||||
| 8 | WHEREAS, David Sharp retired from the U.S. Air Force after | ||||||
| 9 | 21 years of service; and
| ||||||
| 10 | WHEREAS, David Sharp enjoyed golfing and occasionally | ||||||
| 11 | gambling; and
| ||||||
| 12 | WHEREAS, David Sharp is survived by his son, Jakob Sharp; | ||||||
| 13 | his parents; and his siblings, Craig (Connie) Sharp, Brian | ||||||
| 14 | (Diane) Sharp, and Pam (Mike) Johnson; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 15 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED SECOND GENERAL | ||||||
| 16 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
| 17 | David Sharp and extend our sincere
condolences to his family, | ||||||
| 18 | friends, and all who knew and loved
him; and be it further

| 19 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
