| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Marietta Tornabene Hirsch of Lombard, who | ||||||
| 4 | passed away on August 29, 2017; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Marietta Hirsch was a Girl Scout leader and past | ||||||
| 6 | president of the Sacred Heart Home and School Association; she | ||||||
| 7 | loved to crochet; her grandchildren meant the world to her; and
| ||||||
| 8 | WHEREAS, Marietta Hirsch was preceded in death by her | ||||||
| 9 | brother, Joseph Tornabene; and
| ||||||
| 10 | WHEREAS, Marietta Hirsch is survived by her beloved | ||||||
| 11 | husband, Lee; her loving children, Juliemarie (Dan) Stephens | ||||||
| 12 | and Michael (Katherine) Hirsch; her dear grandchildren, | ||||||
| 13 | Maxwell, Alexander, Alyssa, and Walter; her fond siblings, | ||||||
| 14 | Elizabeth (Rick) David, Margaret (Bill) Hanlon, Felica (Joe) | ||||||
| 15 | Peters, and Phillip (Debbie) Tornabene; and many nieces, | ||||||
| 16 | nephews, and cousins; therefore, be it

| 17 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 18 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
| 19 | Marietta Tornabene Hirsch, and extend our sincere condolences | ||||||
| 20 | to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be | ||||||
