2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of John A. "Jack" Waxweiler Sr. of Crest | ||||||
4 | Hill, who passed away on November 13, 2019; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Jack Waxweiler was born to Henry and Mary (Smith) | ||||||
6 | Waxweiler on November 2, 1940; and
| ||||||
7 | WHEREAS, Jack Waxweiler was the owner of Waxweiler Trucking | ||||||
8 | and was a heavy equipment operator for the Argonne National | ||||||
9 | Laboratory; and
| ||||||
10 | WHEREAS, Jack Waxweiler was the retired Lockport Township | ||||||
11 | Highway Commissioner, a past Lockport Township Collector, and a | ||||||
12 | Lockport Township volunteer firefighter and Lockport Police | ||||||
13 | Department auxiliary officer; and
| ||||||
14 | WHEREAS, Jack Waxweiler was a member of St. John Vianney | ||||||
15 | Catholic Church in Lockport; he had a heart of gold and loved | ||||||
16 | spending time with his family; he will be deeply missed by all | ||||||
17 | who knew and loved him; and
| ||||||
18 | WHEREAS, Jack Waxweiler was preceded in death by his | ||||||
19 | parents; his twin brother, James Waxweiler; his sister-in-law, | ||||||
20 | Sharon Cox Waxweiler; his sister, Marold (Jo Anne) Leslie; and |

1 | his daughter-in-law, Susan Waxweiler; and

2 | WHEREAS, Jack Waxweiler is survived by his wife of 58 | ||||||
3 | years, Paula (Emery); his friend and companion, Joe-the-dog; | ||||||
4 | his children, James (Sharon), John Jr. (MaryAnn), Adam (Rachel) | ||||||
5 | Waxweiler, and Suzanne (David) Haberkorn; his grandchildren, | ||||||

7 | Feehan, Tiler (Zach) Bradshaw, and Jack, Wade, and Jorja | ||||||

15 | John A. "Jack" Waxweiler Sr. and extend our sincere condolences | ||||||
16 | to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be | ||||||
