| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of John Doyle, who passed away on August 24, | ||||||
| 4 | 2019 at the age of 92; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, John Doyle was born on February 21, 1927 in | ||||||
| 6 | Chicago; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, John Doyle was a U.S. Navy veteran and served in | ||||||
| 8 | World War II; he then went to work for the T.H. Ryan Cartage | ||||||
| 9 | Company until he retired in 1990; and
| ||||||
| 10 | WHEREAS, John Doyle was the loving husband of the late | ||||||
| 11 | Ellen H. Doyle and the loving companion of the late Dorothy | ||||||
| 12 | Deaton; and
| ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, John Doyle was the father of Brian, Tom (Liz | ||||||
| 14 | Clary), the late Steven (Ampa), Michael, Terrence, and John; | ||||||
| 15 | the grandfather of Jason Doyle, Conor (Sara Kane), Liam (Jodi), | ||||||
| 16 | Kiel, and Rory (Alexsandra) Doyle; and the great-grandfather of | ||||||
| 17 | six; and
| ||||||
| 18 | WHEREAS, John Doyle was the brother of Dennis (the late | ||||||
| 19 | Florence) Doyle, Margaret (Maurice) Andaya, Rosemary (Dennis) | ||||||
| 20 | Dresen, the late Donald (the late Marilyn) Doyle, Gerald (the | ||||||

| |||||||
| 1 | late Helen) Doyle, and Dolores (the late Robert) Padula; and
| ||||||
| 2 | WHEREAS, John Doyle is survived by his children; his | ||||||
| 3 | grandchildren; his great-grandchildren; and his siblings; | ||||||
| 4 | therefore, be it

| 5 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL | ||||||
| 6 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
| 7 | John Doyle and extend our sincere condolences to his family, | ||||||
| 8 | friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further
| ||||||
| 9 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
