2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Doris Mae Wagner, who passed away on July | ||||||
4 | 9, 2017; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Doris Wagner was born in Elgin to Herman and Marie | ||||||
6 | (Oerkfitz) Berkley on August 1, 1940; she married Edward C. | ||||||
7 | Wagner Jr. at Zion Lutheran Church in McHenry on January 21, | ||||||
8 | 1961; she was a resident of Johnsburg for many years; and
| ||||||
9 | WHEREAS, Doris Wagner retired as head teller from McHenry | ||||||
10 | State Bank in 1996; and
| ||||||
11 | WHEREAS, Doris Wagner moved to Las Vegas in 1997; she | ||||||
12 | enjoyed spending time with family and friends, singing with the | ||||||
13 | Sun City Music Makers and church choir, playing cards and | ||||||
14 | games, crossword puzzles, and reading; and
| ||||||
15 | WHEREAS, Doris Wagner was preceded in death by her parents; | ||||||
16 | her husband, Edward Jr.; and her brothers-in-law, Frederick | ||||||
17 | Kupstis and Lloyd Pohlman; and
| ||||||
18 | WHEREAS, Doris Wagner is survived by her children, Daniel | ||||||
19 | (Theresa) Wagner, Mark (Donna) Wagner, and Julia (Timothy) | ||||||
20 | Roulette; her grandchildren, Joshua (Megan) Roulette, Brittany |
