2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Randy G. Mowder of Rock Island, who | ||||||
4 | passed away on June 12, 2017; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Randy Mowder was born in Moline to George and | ||||||
6 | Margaret Six Oliver Mowder on December 15, 1950; he served as a | ||||||
7 | sergeant in the United States Air Force from 1973 to 1976; he | ||||||
8 | married Jackie Dickerson in Rock Island; and
| ||||||
9 | WHEREAS, Randy Mowder joined the workforce for Menards as | ||||||
10 | an estimator on June 7, 1980; and
| ||||||
11 | WHEREAS, Randy Mowder was active in his faith; he enjoyed | ||||||
12 | playing pool and spending time with his family; he will be | ||||||
13 | greatly missed by all who knew and loved him; and
| ||||||
14 | WHEREAS, Randy Mowder was preceded in death by his parents | ||||||
15 | and his brother, Mike Mowder; and
| ||||||
16 | WHEREAS, Randy Mowder is survived by his wife, Jackie; his | ||||||
17 | son, Joseph (Amanda) Mowder; his grandchildren, Ryan | ||||||
18 | (Samantha) Mowder, Brett Mowder, CJ Cassiday, and Khloey | ||||||
19 | Mooney; his great-granddaughter, Rileigh Mowder; and his | ||||||
20 | sisters, Sandy Emtree and Eileen Robinson; therefore, be it

2 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
3 | Randy G. Mowder, and extend our sincere condolences to his | ||||||
4 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | ||||||
