| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Mary Agnes Fincutter of Libertyville, who | ||||||
| 4 | passed away on May 18, 2015; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Mary Fincutter was born in Libertyville on April | ||||||
| 6 | 1, 1917 to George and Mary (nee Rudd) Fincutter; she earned a | ||||||
| 7 | teaching certificate from Northern Illinois University in 1935 | ||||||
| 8 | and a Bachelor of Arts in 1957; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Mary Fincutter taught first grade at Oak Grove | ||||||
| 10 | School in Libertyville for 9 years and South School in North | ||||||
| 11 | Chicago for 29 years; and
| ||||||
| 12 | WHEREAS, Mary Fincutter was a member of Immaculate | ||||||
| 13 | Conception (Most Blessed Trinity) Parish, a member of the Altar & | ||||||
| 14 | Rosary Society, and a volunteer for many years at St. Vincent | ||||||
| 15 | De Paul Society; and
| ||||||
| 16 | WHEREAS, Mary Fincutter was preceded in death by her | ||||||
| 17 | parents and her siblings, Joseph Fincutter, Frances (Elmer) Van | ||||||
| 18 | Haecke, Edward (Ruth) Fincutter, Margaret Fincutter, Anna | ||||||
| 19 | (Alfred) Thatcher, George Fincutter, Raymond (Bernice) | ||||||
| 20 | Fincutter, Rose (James) Huff, and Eileen (Gordon) Fiddyment; | ||||||
| 21 | and

| 1 | WHEREAS, Mary Fincutter is survived by her sister, Agnes | ||||||
| 2 | (Thomas) Kidde; she was aunt to 33, great-aunt to 63, and | ||||||
| 3 | great-great-aunt to 45; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 4 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 5 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
| 6 | Mary Agnes Fincutter, and extend our sincere condolences to her | ||||||
| 7 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it | ||||||
| 8 | further
