| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Lisa Marie Cashmore of Zion, who passed | ||||||
| 4 | away on June 28, 2019; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Lisa Marie Cashmore was born in Salinas, | ||||||
| 6 | California to Ray Ortiz and Patty Sliva on December 15, 1965; | ||||||
| 7 | and
| ||||||
| 8 | WHEREAS, Lisa Marie Cashmore enjoyed reading, listening to | ||||||
| 9 | music, working out with her "Burn Sisters," and educating | ||||||
| 10 | little minds; she loved her pets; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, Lisa Marie Cashmore was preceded in death by her | ||||||
| 12 | father, Ray Ortiz; and
| ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, Lisa Marie Cashmore is survived by her husband of | ||||||
| 14 | 33 years, Jimmy; her children, Jacqueline and Joseph; her | ||||||
| 15 | parents, Patty (Tom) Sliva; her siblings, Kellie Ortiz, Kenneth | ||||||
| 16 | (Rebecca) Ortiz, and Desiree Ortiz; her dearest friend, Tracee | ||||||
| 17 | Perkowski; and her extended family, friends, nieces, nephews, | ||||||
| 18 | co-workers, and students; therefore, be it

| 19 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL | ||||||
| 20 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
