2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened | ||||||
3 | to learn of the death of Kim Donald Hubbard of Moline, who | ||||||
4 | passed away on September 25, 2021; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Kim Hubbard was born to Donald and Marilyn Kidd | ||||||
6 | Hubbard in Rock Island on August 18, 1951; he graduated from | ||||||
7 | Moline High School in 1969; he served in the U.S. Army; and
| ||||||
8 | WHEREAS, Kim Hubbard was a salesman for Motion Industries | ||||||
9 | for 42 years; and
| ||||||
10 | WHEREAS, Kim Hubbard was a member of First Lutheran | ||||||
11 | Church, Rock Island; and
| ||||||
12 | WHEREAS, Kim Hubbard was an avid bowler and enjoyed | ||||||
13 | football; some of his favorite times were those spent with | ||||||
14 | friends and family; and
| ||||||
15 | WHEREAS, Kim Hubbard was preceded in death by his father | ||||||
16 | and his brother, Terry Hubbard; and
| ||||||
17 | WHEREAS, Kim Hubbard is survived by his son, Donald (Mary | ||||||
18 | Kathryn) Hubbard; his daughter, Melissa Scheper; his six | ||||||
19 | grandchildren; his mother; his sister, Lisa (Dan) Wolever; his |

1 | brother, Jay (Debbie) Hubbard; his many nieces and nephews; | ||||||
2 | and his additional family; therefore, be it

3 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED SECOND GENERAL | ||||||
4 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
5 | Kim Donald Hubbard and extend our sincere condolences to his | ||||||
6 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | ||||||
7 | further
| ||||||
8 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
9 | presented to the family of Kim Hubbard as an expression of our | ||||||
10 | deepest sympathy.
