| ||||||
2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Daniel L. Peak of East Moline, who passed | ||||||
4 | away on February 14, 2017; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Daniel Peak was born in Moline to Donald and Norma | ||||||
6 | Franklin Peak on April 4, 1954; and
| ||||||
7 | WHEREAS, Daniel Peak was a very private person; he served | ||||||
8 | in the United States Army in the 101st Airborne and was | ||||||
9 | honorably discharged; he was a carpenter by trade and he cared | ||||||
10 | for his mother the last three years of her life; and
| ||||||
11 | WHEREAS, Daniel Peak was preceded in death by his parents; | ||||||
12 | and
| ||||||
13 | WHEREAS, Daniel Peak is survived by his siblings, William | ||||||
14 | Peak, Debra Peak, and Jayne Peak; and his nieces, Jessica | ||||||
15 | Gilmore and Caity Peak; therefore, be it

16 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL | ||||||
17 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
18 | Daniel L. Peak, and extend our sincere condolences to his | ||||||
19 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | ||||||
20 | further
