2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened | ||||||
3 | to learn of the death of Harold Ray Fleming of Milan, who | ||||||
4 | passed away on September 7, 2016; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Harold Fleming was born in East Springfield, Ohio | ||||||
6 | on February 23, 1930; he was the son of Harold and Mable | ||||||
7 | Markley Fleming; he served in the U.S. Air Force; he married | ||||||
8 | Sharon Wilson in Geneseo in 1990; and
| ||||||
9 | WHEREAS, Harold Fleming worked as a production manager and | ||||||
10 | ammunitions specialist at the Rock Island Arsenal; he retired | ||||||
11 | in 1985; and
| ||||||
12 | WHEREAS, Harold Fleming was a member of Milan American | ||||||
13 | Legion Post 569 and the Independent Order of Odd Fellows; and
| ||||||
14 | WHEREAS, Harold Fleming was preceded in death by his son, | ||||||
15 | Larry Fleming, and his sisters, Ann, Sandy, Susan, and Irene; | ||||||
16 | and

17 | WHEREAS, At the time of his death, Harold Fleming was | ||||||
18 | survived by his wife, Sharon Fleming; his children, Lorrie | ||||||
19 | Jean (Dennis) Porter, Ronald Ray Fleming, Rhonda K. (Derek) | ||||||
20 | Norberg, Mark David (Kaew) Fleming, and Misty Dawn (Steven) |

6 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
7 | Harold Ray Fleming and extend our sincere condolences to his | ||||||
8 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | ||||||
