AN ACT concerning finance.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| ||||
represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Design-Build
Procurement Act is amended by | ||||
changing Section 90 as follows:

Sec. 90. Repealer. This Act is repealed on July 1, 2027 | ||||
