AN ACT concerning education.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act is
amended by changing Section 18 as follows:
(115 ILCS 5/18) (from Ch. 48, par. 1718)
Sec. 18. Meetings. The The provisions of the Open Meetings
Act shall not apply to collective bargaining negotiations and
grievance arbitrations conducted pursuant to this Act.
