1		AN ACT concerning State government.
2		Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3		represented in the General Assembly:
4		Section 5. The Forestry Cooperative Agreement Act is
5		amended by adding Section 1-7 as follows:
6		(20 ILCS 820/1-7 new)
7		Sec. 1-7. Alexander-Cairo Port District. Notwithstanding
8		any other provision of this Act, this Act does not apply to
9		construction activities at facilities or property covered by
10		the Alexander-Cairo Port District Act, provided that such
11		facilities or property are located within 5 miles of the
12		confluence of the Ohio River and the Mississippi River.
