1 AN ACT concerning civil law.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Mobile Home Landlord and Tenant Rights Act
5is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
6 (765 ILCS 745/1) (from Ch. 80, par. 201)
7 Sec. 1. Applicability. This Act shall regulate and and
8determine legal rights, remedies and obligations of the parties
9to any lease of a mobile home or mobile home lot in a mobile
10home park containing five or more mobile homes within this
11State. Any lease, written or oral, shall be unenforceable
12insofar as any provision thereof conflicts with any provision
13of this Act.
