AN ACT concerning local government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Metro East Police District Act is amended by
changing Section 1 as follows:
(70 ILCS 1750/1)
(Section scheduled to be repealed on December 31, 2019)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Metro
East Police District Act.
