AN ACT concerning criminal law.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Gang Crime Witness Protection Act of 2013
is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Gang
Crime Witness Protection Act of 2013.
