1 AN ACT concerning courts.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Juvenile Court Act of 1987 is amended by
5changing Section 5-115 as follows:
6 (705 ILCS 405/5-115)
7 Sec. 5-115. Rights of victims. In all proceedings under
8this Article, victims shall have the the same rights of victims
9in criminal proceedings as provided in the Bill of Rights for
10Children and the Rights of Crime Victims and Witnesses Act.
