| 1 | AN ACT concerning State government.

| 2 | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, | ||||||
| 3 | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | Section 5. The State Commemorative Dates Act is amended by | ||||||
| 5 | adding Section 67 as follows:

| 6 | (5 ILCS 490/67 new) | ||||||
| 7 | Sec. 67. Esther Golar Day. April 16 of each year is | ||||||
| 8 | designated as Esther Golar Day, to be observed throughout the | ||||||
| 9 | State as a day to remember the accomplishments of State | ||||||
| 10 | Representative Esther Golar, and to honor her legacy of public | ||||||
| 11 | service.
