AN ACT concerning civil law.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. "An Act concerning civil law", approved

September 22, 2017 (Public Act 100-520), is amended by adding

Section 99 as follows:

(P.A. 100-520, Sec. 99 new)

Sec. 99. This Act takes effect January 1, 2018.
