| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | ||||||
| 3 | Representatives wish to congratulate Martha O'Hara on the | ||||||
| 4 | occasion of her 100th birthday on October 22, 2016; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Martha O'Hara was born on October 22, 1916 in | ||||||
| 6 | Wisconsin; her family moved through many areas during the Great | ||||||
| 7 | Depression for her father's work, including Michigan and | ||||||
| 8 | Indiana, before moving to Illinois; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Martha O'Hara is a graduate of Morrisonville High | ||||||
| 10 | School; she worked as a seamstress and enjoyed doing crafts; | ||||||
| 11 | and
| ||||||
| 12 | WHEREAS, Martha O'Hara is a member of the Alter Rosary | ||||||
| 13 | Society, the Kincaid Women's Card Club, and the Women's Bowling | ||||||
| 14 | Association; and
| ||||||
| 15 | WHEREAS, Martha O'Hara is the loving mother of eight | ||||||
| 16 | daughters; and
| ||||||
| 17 | WHEREAS, Martha O'Hara is well regarded by her family and | ||||||
| 18 | friends as a very giving person and loving mother who always | ||||||
| 19 | finds time for her family's activities; therefore, be it

| 1 | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE | ||||||
| 2 | NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we | ||||||
| 3 | congratulate Martha O'Hara on the occasion of her 100th | ||||||
| 4 | birthday and wish her many happy and healthy years to come; and | ||||||
| 5 | be it further
