HOUSE RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
Representatives wish to congratulate Anthony Mazzarisi on
achieving the rank of Eagle Scout; and
WHEREAS, Anthony Mazzarisi first joined the Boy Scouts of
America in 2012 and became a member of Troop 198; in 2016, he
joined Troop 392; and
WHEREAS, Anthony Mazzarisi's Eagle Scout project was a 7' x
5' planter for the Church of the Cross, where Troop 198 hosted
its meetings; and
WHEREAS, Anthony Mazzarisi continues to maintain a
relationship with scouting by participating in Venture Crew 392
and being a staff member for Boy Scout summer camp Napowan; and
WHEREAS, Anthony Mazzarisi graduated from James B. Conant
High School in May of 2018, where he focused his classes on
engineering and electronics and was involved with the National
Hispanic Institute; he currently attends Harper College and
plans on transferring to Northern Illinois University and
pursuing a career in electrical engineering; therefore, be it

HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we
congratulate Anthony Mazzarisi on achieving the rank of Eagle
Scout, and we wish him the best in all his future endeavors;
and be it further
RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
presented to Anthony Mazzarisi as a symbol of our respect and
esteem.
