| 2 | WHEREAS, On February 25, 2014, the members of the Illinois | ||||||
| 3 | House of Representatives passed House Joint Resolution 80 which | ||||||
| 4 | estimated FY'15 revenues at $34,495,000,000 with bipartisan | ||||||
| 5 | support, receiving 112 votes in the affirmative and 0 against; | ||||||
| 6 | and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, On May 27, 2014, House Joint Resolution 100 was | ||||||
| 8 | introduced which estimated $35,352,000,000 in revenue for | ||||||
| 9 | FY'15 even though no changes to the tax structure have been | ||||||
| 10 | made by either chamber; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, The new revenue estimate which the current | ||||||
| 12 | spending plan passed by the Illinois House of Representatives | ||||||
| 13 | is based relies heavily on the borrowing for other State funds | ||||||
| 14 | that have a dedicated purpose, an estimated $650,000,000 in | ||||||
| 15 | total; therefore, be it

| 17 | NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that | ||||||

| 19 | Fund, Alzheimer's Disease Research Fund, American Red Cross | ||||||
| 20 | Fund, Amusement Ride and Patron Safety Fund, Anti-Pollution | ||||||
| 21 | Fund, Anna Veterans Home Fund, African-American HIV/AIDS | ||||||
