4 | Rules of the House of Representatives of the 100th General | ||||||
5 | Assembly are amended by adding Rule 89.5 as follows:

7 | 89.5. Reporting. Any member who is subjected to or | ||||||
8 | witnesses conduct that the member reasonably believes to be | ||||||
9 | sexual harassment, discrimination, or other unethical conduct | ||||||
10 | is strongly encouraged to report the conduct to the Speaker, | ||||||
11 | the Minority Leader, an Ethics Officer, or the Legislative | ||||||
12 | Inspector General.
