| 6 | NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that | ||||||

| 8 | during the approval of the fiscal year 2013 State budget, the | ||||||
| 9 | General Assembly's first funding priority will be to restore | ||||||
