| 1 | HOUSE RESOLUTION
| ||||||
| 2 | WHEREAS, The University of Illinois is one of the world's | ||||||
| 3 | best research institutions; and
| ||||||
| 4 | WHEREAS, The University has campuses in Chicago, | ||||||
| 5 | Urbana-Champaign, and Springfield; and
| ||||||
| 6 | WHEREAS, Undergraduate students at all three campuses | ||||||
| 7 | engage in research on cutting-edge topics under the guidance of | ||||||
| 8 | their professors; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Thirty of these students will be making poster | ||||||
| 10 | presentations about their research at the fourth University of | ||||||
| 11 | Illinois Undergraduate Day in the State Capitol on April 26, | ||||||
| 12 | 2018; and
| ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, The students have received excellent guidance | ||||||
| 14 | from staff and faculty at the three campuses in preparation for | ||||||
| 15 | this day; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 16 | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE | ||||||
| 17 | HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we | ||||||
| 18 | extend our congratulations to all of the University of Illinois | ||||||
| 19 | students and their advisors for their creativity and | ||||||
| 20 | inquisitiveness; and be it further
