| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | ||||||
| 3 | Representatives wish to congratulate Laurie Glass on being | ||||||
| 4 | named the Illinois High School Association Illinois Girls Golf | ||||||
| 5 | Coach of the Year; and
| ||||||
| 6 | WHEREAS, Laurie Glass has been at Metropolis Elementary | ||||||
| 7 | School for 12 years; she is currently a reading aide for all | ||||||
| 8 | ages; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Laurie Glass was an assistant girls track coach | ||||||
| 10 | for 3 years before becoming the girls' golf coach; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, Laurie Glass's team made a serious run at the | ||||||
| 12 | championship, finishing in 2nd place; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 13 | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE | ||||||
| 14 | NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we | ||||||
| 15 | congratulate Laurie Glass on being named the Illinois High | ||||||
| 16 | School Association Illinois Girls Golf Coach of the Year and we | ||||||
| 17 | wish her many more successful years; and be it further
| ||||||
| 18 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
| 19 | presented to Laurie Glass as an expression of our esteem and | ||||||
| 20 | respect.
