provider, one that has 45,000 | ||||||
| 4 | employees and provides a broad range of retail banking,
| ||||||
| 5 | commercial banking, wealth management, and investment banking | ||||||
| 6 | products and services to
more than 12 million customers; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, BMO's United States retail headquarters are | ||||||
| 8 | located in Chicago; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, 2017 marks BMO's bicentennial; for 200 years, it | ||||||
| 10 | has been financing economic expansion and
playing an important | ||||||
| 11 | role in the growth of two great nations, Canada and the United | ||||||
| 12 | States,
and helping many, many customers achieve their | ||||||
| 13 | ambitions along the way; and

| 14 | WHEREAS, BMO has taken a long-term view of customer | ||||||

| 20 | history of this important institution; and be it further
