Bill Title: Amends the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that, with respect to State administration of the federal Community Development Block Grant Program for Small Cities, each revolving fund project shall create or retain at least one job for every $25,000 of revolving funds investment of State Community Development Block Grant program funds.
