Amends the Illinois Identification Card Act and the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act. Provides that a Firearm Owner's Identification Card issued by the Department of State Police under the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act may be used for identification purposes by the person to whom it was issued.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Identification Card Act is amended |
| 5 | | by adding Section 4F as follows:
|
| 6 | | (15 ILCS 335/4F new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 4F. Use of Firearm Owner's Identification Card for |
| 8 | | identification purposes. A Firearm Owner's Identification Card |
| 9 | | issued by the Department of State Police may be used for |
| 10 | | identification purposes by the person to whom it was issued.
