 AN ACT concerning State government.


 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:



 Section 5. The Protection of Individuals with Disabilities 
in the Criminal Justice System Task Force Act is amended by 
changing Sections 20 and 25 as follows:

 (20 ILCS 5115/20)

 (Section scheduled to be repealed on June 30, 2018)
 Sec. 20. Report. The Task Force shall submit a report with 
its findings and recommendations to the Governor, the Attorney 
General, and to the General Assembly on or before March 31, 
2019 2018.

 Sec. 25. Repeal. This Act is repealed on June 30, 2020 
2018.

 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
